Refund Policy

The Customer Agrees To The Refund Policy as Described

Refund requests are reviewed on a case by case basis.

Plans are typically pre-paid for the following 30 or 90 days of service.  

We want our customers to be happy.  At any time you want to cancel or suspend your service simply contact your GoGo Media Group rep by email or you can email customerservice@gogomediagroup.com and we will process that cancellation for all future payments. Please note our 15 day cancellation policy in our terms and conditions.

For past purchases you want refunded, if you have used the service during that time we feel you have used the product and thus are not entited to a refund.  If you feel differently please contact your GoGo Media Group rep by email or you can email customerservice@gogomediagroup.com and we will review your refund claim on a case by case basis. 

If you believe you should be issued a refund, please contact us at 312-275-5948 with full details of your request. While we strive to be as fair as possible when reviewing a refund request, please keep in mind that refunds are usually provided only in extreme circumstances.
